We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Workshop Manager (m/f/d) who is passionate about making a difference and who combines technical expertise with true leadership skills. Someone who can efficiently design processes while creating a supportive work environment. We need someone who not only knows how to solve problems under the hood but also how to motivate a team – even when three cars simultaneously make "funny noises" on a Monday.
Your Responsibilities:
Your Profile:
• Completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive sector, ideally already in a leadership position
• Leadership experience with an empathetic and solution-oriented style
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills
• Proficient in modern diagnostic systems and workshop processes
• Class B driver's license
• Excellent German language skills and good English language skills (written and spoken)
